This is a joke I originally heard here in Mexico but it can be substituted with any nationality you like.
See you in Rio!
There was a group of Mexican fans who wanted to see the rowing competition and waited on top of a bridge over the river where the Mexican contingency would pass.
All of a sudden, a group of rowers appeared. The fans started shouting curses and whistling in Spanish. The rowers shrugged their shoulders and rowed off.
Minutes later, another boat appeared and the fans start insulting them in Spanish again.
The rowers looked quizzically at the fans on the bridge and rowed away.
A third boat comes up and the fans start with their insults and their healthy vocabulary. This time, however, those in the boat replied, insulting them in return.
“There they are!” shouted one of the fans.
